There is nothing more beautiful than a glowing mama-to-be! Add in the first rays of sunshine over the lake and this is what you get <3

We woke up at the crack of dawn to catch the beautiful sunrise over Lake Huron. It was breathtaking, and SO worth it!! We arrived to the beach in darkness surrounded by a level of calm that is hard to describe. We finished our coffees as we awaited the blessing of a new day. It was great to catch up with them as we rubbed the sleep out of our eyes to get ready for the session.

You never know what you're going to get when mother nature is in charge, and there were no disappointments here! A beautiful orange sun crept over the lake as Mason and Julie snuggled into each other in the natural glow of becoming parents. They are so excited and I couldn't be happier for them as they embark on this next big adventure!

Maternity sessions are so special to me. I love getting to capture these moments of true love between a couple just before their sweet little nugget makes his entry into this big world and introduces his parents to a new kind of love.

Congratulations to Julie and Mason. I know they are going to be the best parents. I cannot wait to meet you, sweet baby Hudson <3
